Why is it important to discover your limiting beliefs?

Our beliefs control our lives, actions, thoughts and emotions at an unconscious level. No one can answer the request to list their limiting beliefs, because it is difficult to find them consciously. Unfortunately, these limiting beliefs can be barriers to achieving our goals and realizing our full potential. Recognizing and restructuring beliefs hidden in the unconscious can be key to our personal development. They control what we do, what we consider possible or impossible. And last but not least, they determin what we think about ourselves. Weather we believe that we are lovable and valuable, or we are convinced of the opposite. If you think you can’t be successful or don’t deserve prosperity, these are all limiting beliefs. Maybe you have not yet thought about the possibility of reevaluating and changing them.

Henrik’s method helps to bring to the surface and make us aware of our beliefs in the following areas: identity, self-image, health, happiness, wealth, well-being, relationships. Participants discover their unconscious beliefs using the testing method of kinesiology. With Henrik’s method, we can easily and quickly replace our limiting beliefs. The new beliefs support us in living a more successful, balanced and happy life.

During the three days, you will get acquainted with Henrik Lell’s kinesiology testing, the ’finger puller’… Beliefs and convictions that play such an important role in our lives at unconscious level are easy to find with this method, since we bring up the information directly from the unconscious mind. In addition to NLP, Henrik also uses shamanistic and energetic practices.

Anyone can apply for the program, without prior knowledge of NLP or kinesiology. The workshop is conducted in English with Hungarian translation.

The method can be used „officially” by those who have a coaching or therapist license.
